University of San Diego Law School

The University of San Diego was in need of administrative swing space for their staff while their law school administrative building was under renovation. The university was particularly interested in a total site solution that included temporary office space, furniture and decking to help their staff be ready to work from day one.


WillScot’s San Diego team provided 26 modular buildings, including a toilet trailer and 25 mobile offices that were configured into four buildings on a campus parking lot near the law school. The WillScot team also supplied premium office and conference packages that included chairs, desks, filing cabinets, office supplies, white boards, a refrigerator, a café table, a microwave, trash cans and even a coffee pot that allowed university staff to be fully prepared before school started.

This project was unique as it required a total site solution that was both safe and flexible enough to fit within the parking space near the law school. The WillScot San Diego team was able to deliver a safe modular solution that fulfilled all the university’s needs allowing their team to get right to work.
